Dee is a qualified teacher who has been gardening organically and teaching for over 20 years. She is passionate about growing, eating and storing great food, and teaching others how to do the same. Dee runs practical workshops and permaculture workshops at her property in town. She holds qualifications in teaching, organic horticulture, permaculture and biodynamics.
Dee is passionate about companion planting and planting a variety of perennials that benefit both soil health and help bring in beneficial birds and insects. She is a season stallholder and mainly attends the market in the Springtime.
