Coastal Market Garden

We are a small scale market garden located 20 minutes outside of New Plymouth, growing a wide range of spray free fruits and vegetables. Depending on the season you can expect to find aubergines, basil and other herbs, beans, capsicums, carrots, cucumbers, kale, lemons, limes, melons, pepinos, potatoes, radish, spaghetti squash, strawberries, tomatoes, zucchini and so much more.

In the 5 years since we bought our property, we’ve planted over 1200 shelter trees, 160 fruit trees, and a large vegetable garden. The coastal conditions and warm micro climate make it possible to sow seeds and harvest produce year-round.

All of our fruit and vegetables are grown naturally, without the use of harsh chemical pesticides, according organic principles. Most importantly, we continually improve the condition of our soil. Healthy soil grows healthy plants which are not only better able to beat pests and diseases, but are also more nutrient dense and healthier for you and your family.
